Welcome

CM Faraday Building Contractors was established in 2008, following on from Mark working in the building trade since 2001. Mark is a local lad born and bred, he is well known and trusted in the area.

Located on the borders of North Yorkshire, Lancashire and Cumbria, over the years we have worked on a range of projects throughout all three counties. From new build garages or extensions, to complete renovations, new builds and conversions, including groundworks and landscaping. 

We are a family run business, with a small, local team of highly skilled builders, working to bring your building dreams to reality. With 5 employees in our team we are big enough to manage the demands of running the projects, but small enough to care and have attention to detail. 

We work closely with other local established trades people to help you with your other construction requirements, which enables us to manage the whole project for you.
